The primary means of helping children and families through CARITAS For Children is child sponsorship. While this monthly commitment can change the life of a child, a family and even an entire village, some people prefer to donate in other ways and for other reasons. CARITAS For Children has several special projects for those who want to help fulfill critical needs.

Child Sponsorship
CARITAS’ Child Sponsorship program is a powerful and cost-effective way to change the life of a child, and to change the life of a sponsor. For about a dollar a day CARITAS provides an impoverished child with a basic education, an enriched spirituality, better health and hope for the future.
Advocate
While our Catholic religious partners dedicate their entire lives to helping these children, there is something you can do right where you live. For just a few hours a week you can have a real impact on the lives of impoverished children.
