Central Uganda
Help Decrease Poverty
Since emerging from decades of civil war and the devastation of AIDs, estimates indicate that 48% of Uganda’s population is below the age of 15. Young children suffer disproportionately in the struggle to access healthcare, education and clean water. Sponsor a Ugandan Child
Our Ministry in Central Uganda
Location
Known as the “Pearl of Africa”, Uganda is located on the shores of Lake Victoria in the Great Lakes region of East Africa. Bordered by Kenya to the west, Democratic Republic of Congo to the east, Rwanda to the south, and war torn Sudan to the north, Uganda is at the center of a diverse region. It is estimated that 48% of Uganda’s population is below the age of 15, many of them orphaned by AIDS and in need of help.
